Answers

  • Could you please post a little more information regarding your Exchange environment. How many nodes within the DAG? Have you placed all your active mailbox db on one node or spread them etc.?

    Please get back with feedback.

  • Hi,

Please verify the local logs like application and systemlogs for the local OS hosting your Exchange environment.

  • When I chose both mbx1 and mbx2 servers, it failed. if only mbx1, it works and backup/restore all fine. Then I back to add mbx1 into the memebers to be backed up, they failed again. I login to mbx2 server and the app log only shows "database reduncancy health check failed, error passive copy "mbxdb]mbx1" is not in a good state. status suspended." was this the root cause? or irrelative? Thanks
