  • Hi Faye,

    Please recall carefully what you have done before this condition firstly occurred, try to roll back previous operations to see if can fix problem.

    If it’s hard to roll back, I suggest to check the restore point in your system, if there is restore point whose time is proper, execute a system restore will fix your problem easily.

    If you couldn’t find out a proper restore point to restore system, try to login system by another account to test result, maybe the user profile meets with trouble.

    Also, open the administrative Windows PowerShell window, type following command and hit Enter key to re-register Window Store.

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Once the command is successfully executed, you can close Windows PowerShell and reboot the machine. After restarting the system, problems with apps on your Windows should be fixed.

    Best regards

  • When did this start? Do you have a Restore point to go back to from before when this started? Search start for restore and open 'Create a restore point'. Click System Restore... is a time available for before when this issue started?
