Mitel, a competitor of Microsoft... Polycom, a partner of Microsoft... how would it churn out? Microsoft & Polycom has been an ideal interop partner in many ways. Both of them have recommended each other with a certain motivation. What happens now?
I think the effect won't appear quickly as Polycom relay a lot on MS UC solution special on voice, but I think Microsoft should begin to think of another vendor to have same level of integration similar to Polycom one.
