SCOM 2012 & Sharepoint MP .... (insufficient user privileges)

Question

Hi guys,
well I use SCOM for the first time and I want to monitor a few sharepoint server. So I downloaded and installed the Sharepoint Management Pack. I've also installed the SCOM Agent on both Sharepoint Servers.
Now, I want to configure the MP as explained in the attached document of the MP.
But, when I want to start the Microsoft SharePoint Farm Group Task "Configure SharePoint Management Pack",
I get the following error message:The Event Policy for the process started at 10:44:22 AM has detected errors in the output. The 'StdErr' policy expression:.+matched the following output:Exception calling "GetMonitoringSecureReferences" with "1" argument(s): "Der Benutzer domain\User verfügt nicht über ausreichende Berechtigungen, um diesen Vorgang auszuführen."Exception calling "GetAllAgentManagedComputers" with "0" argument(s): "Der Benutzer domain\User verfügt nicht über ausreichende Berechtigungen, um diesen Vorgang auszuführen."Exception calling "GetAllManagementServers" with "0" argument(s): "Der Benutzerdomain\User verfügt nicht über ausreichende BerechtigunCommand executed: "C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe" /c powershell.exe -NoLogo -NoProfile -Noninteractive "$ep = get-executionpolicy; if ($ep -gt 'RemoteSigned') {set-executionpolicy remotesigned} & '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center 2012 R2\Operations Manager\Server\Health Service State\Monitoring Host Temporary Files 883\55037\AdminTask.ps1"' 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Foundation.Library.mp.config'"Working Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\System Center Management Packs\Microsoft.Sharepoint.Server.ManagementPacksOne or more workflows were affected by this.Workflow name: Microsoft.SharePoint.ConfigSharePointInstance name: Microsoft SharePoint Farm GroupInstance ID: {6CB0A80D-D833-26EA-13C1-0CA48A57F5E2}Management group: SCOM_Test1Error Code: -2130771918 (Unknown error (0x80ff0032)).The error message says that the user "domain\user" has insufficient user privileges to run "GetMonitoringSecureReferences", and so on ....
So, which user privileges does the user need to perform this task successfully?
If you need more information for this feel free to ask me!I would be very grateful if you can help me with this issue.
Thanks and regards,
Konstantin

Hi Sam!
thank you for your answer! This worked for the "GetMonitoringSecureReferences"-issue.
Thanks for that, but I there still seem to be insufficient privileges for the following commands:
"GetAllAgentManagedComputers"
"GetAllManagementServers"Any idea?

Konstantin

Hi,
I think for this operator/admin level permission should have to do.
Thanks,
Sam

Hell yeah! It runs now!
There we're also some errors with the "Run as account", but now I fixed it with your help cpleclercq.
So thank you Sam and cpleclercq for your quick answers!
