Outlook to NetSuite connector- view issue RRS feed

  • I am using NetSuite and the connector to NetSuite, but I cannot get working how to see which incoming mails have been connected to customers in NetSuite already. So my co-workers have to save every emailconnection.

    How to make this visible is described here:

    but in my case I do not see the NetSuite connectors userfield to add to my view. Maybe because I am using a later version of Outlook?

    Anyone?
