Skype for business on promise web app error

Hi,
I manage a skype 2019 environment, Front End server on LAN and Edge server on DMZ, also a WAP server on DMZ.
My skype works great on lan and from outside, but we have an issue on the web app when anonym person wants to join a meeting from outside.
You find below the log from the web app:

Does this issue only happen to anonymous users?
I have checked the log information you provided but did not find too much useful information.
In order to troubleshooting this issue, it recommends you follow these tips to see if can help you solve this issue:
*Make sure you network connectivity is normal
*Try to change another browser to see if works
*Try to use Lync Remote Connectivity Analyzer(Link: https://www.testconnectivity.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?testId=onPremisesSfB) to see if it is related to DNS issue.
* Make sure if your organization has disabled anonymous user access. For more details, please refer to:

Hi Jimmy,
I appreciate your help.
The issue happen also when i login as a organization user on the web app.
I tried all the internet explorer on my computer, it's not help.
I did the test on the Skype analyzer, it's give me the error below:
The anonymous user access is enabled as mentioned in the article.
My question, are there any logs in Skype server that can help me find the problem ?

Hi JoelTAD!
You can also try to check if there are any error logs in the event viewer. These event logs mainly check if there is an issue with the server.
If you have installed CLSLogger in Skype for Business Server, you can also use this tool to search the logs and open it with notepad or Snooper to analyze it. For more details, you can refer to:
