Network Drive Connection Issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm having an issue connecting to my network drive. None of our computers at my office can establish a connection through the list of network drives, yet when I access the drive through the list of computer drives, it will open. This is only an issue because when I open the drive as a computer drive rather than through the list of network drives (connection is still wireless either way), I can only access certain folders. I imagine the issue is with the drive, rather than the PC's, since all our machines are having this issue, but I was wondering if anybody has seen a similar issue.

  • Hi!

This could be due to many different things, most likely it's in the way that the folder is mapped.

Are you adding these networkdrives through GPO or manually?
