Dinamic IP Address even when it´s configured to static RRS feed

  • Question

  • Scenario: My company have a domain in Sao Paulo, and other domains in the inner cities. All the inner cities have a server which is a domain controller, a dhcp server, a file server and a print server (Server1). And my company decided to split this roles apart making a server DC, DHCP, DNS (Server2), other server for File Server (Server3) and another one for Print Server (Server4)
    (we have enough licenses).
They gave me the file server to configure with the IP address ending in .29 (ex: 10.xx.xxx.29)
Let´s talk in singular, cause I need to make this procedure 19 times (each time for each file server (Server3))
Just for the record, the server is a virtual machine in a VMware host with static IP, but all of the VMs left receive dinamic IPs.

    The procedures that I did:

    - I installed WS2012R2 on the VMware host.
    - Put the VM on the domain
    - Group Policy Updated
    - I configured the adaptor settings to static based on the adaptor settings of the Server1. The only thing that I changed was the IP Address and the Preffered DNS Server (which I put with the ending .29 and the preffered dns server as well)
    - On my DNS domain in Sao Paulo, I created a DNS registry A record pointing down the IP address that I put on the adaptor settings(.29) and a PTR for it on the reverse zone and I also deleted all of the dinamic ip addresses that it had been given in the course of time.
    - I made a reservation on DHCP with the mac address and IP and with the option 015 (DNS Domain Name) and I put the DNS name that I had in the A record.

When I do all of this procedures (19 times, each time for each FS in a different inner city), it goes well. I can connect it remotely and access the file share (that I created for test). BUT, in the very next day I can´t do those things anymore, then I go to the DNS Server on my domain and a several of new dinamic IP address registries keeps appearing and changing my A record that I created one day before.
ALSO, when it can connect remotely, I try to type "nslookup" on the cmd and it says that the Default Server is Unknown:
