  • This is a really old thread but you can obtain Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) as part of a subscription to Microsoft Software Assurance. MDOP is designed to help IT professionals virtualize the user experience, applications, and Windows; manage features within Windows; and restore user productivity after a system issue.

MSDN subscription user's may also have access to MDOP as part of their subscription depending on the benefit level. Searching on Bing is rather hit and miss due to the wide diversity of the MDOP topic.
