Unable to See Skype For Business

Question
-
As MS rolled out Skype for Business Client (Update for Skype for Business 2015 KB2889853 32-Bit Edition), as a part of the April Month Software Updates, for Office 2013. Our all enterprise machines received it and now machines have new "Skype For Business 2015" as a new office Communicator but the problem is that - There are still Hundreds of machines which have this software Update available but it still showing them "LYNC" and not "Skype For Business 2015"
Just want to know is there something missing that not let those machines getting into "Skype For Business 2015" ? Or is there something we need to configure so that all the enterprise machines have "Skype For Business 2015"
Please note below two things before answering :-
1. We're Managing all software updates using System Center 2012 R2.
2. Before above mentioned Roll out we've have Lycn 2013 (15.0.4701.1000) MSO (15.0.4701.1000) 32-bit Microsoft Office.
Kindly assist!

You have to update your Lync 2010 server to the latest CU and run install-csdatabase as described on the CU.
After this, you will have the option -EnableskypeUI!

The behavior of the client is controled through the Lync server.
If the client is connected to a Lync 2013 server, the UI will switch to Lync 2013 UI
If theclient connect to a SFB server, the UI is SFB
Or you set -enableSkypeUI $true on you client policy

Thanks for reply Holger Bunkradt but that is not applicable for us - as we are still running Lync server 2010
And that setting is not present in that version
That is why we could not control from central that it should automatically be shown as Lync instead of Skype.

If the policy doesn't exist, you should also be able to force it with a GPO and the EnableSkypeUI Registry key mentioned here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn954919(v=ocs.15).aspx assuming the clients are actually patched and there wasn't some other issue.
