Macro Scheduler application fails to work with Hebrew on Windows 10

My Windows XP system crashed and I bought a Windows 10 system.

It appears that when Macro Scheduler script writes Hebrew to text files, Hebrew characters turn into "?"

I checked and it works fine in Windows 7.

What can I do?

I think that is out of the knowledge here.

You may consider seek help at the scripting forum, see if experts there would share some insights:
