    Hi whoever is listening . Ever sense I let the computer world upgrade my computer , I cannot use my mouse to scroll when on internet only . I can use the wheel everywhere else but when I go on the internet . It has always worked fine until the computer world did an update . Can someone help please . Thx cyalata

    Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing your mouse drivers? 

    Press Start > in the search field type device manager > click Mice and other pointing devices (or something similar) > Pick your mouse from the list > Right-Click and select Uninstall 

    Afterwards, unplug your mouse and then plug it back in and allow the drivers to re-install. If it is the touch pad on a laptop, after you uninstall it then restart your laptop.
