Sdesaulniers: Envoi moi un courriel a : jpbreton at akilon.ca
But basically, even with 2 DID and 2 subscriber access, you will need 2 Dial Plan and 2 Hunt group... So avoid that solution
You did not mentionn if you use Lync? Are you using Lync ?

Hi Sdesaulniers,
You cannot play the both Language Subscribers on a single DID Number or Incoming Number.
You can do one thing on the Initial Subscriber you can say
1) Press 1 for English
2) Press 2 for French.
According to the Options they select you can route the call to English Subscriber (IVR) or the French Subscriber(IVR)
But this can be done from Exchange UM
Thanks
Raju.

Iam not sure what you mean by this "put both Languages in subscriber." But I can tell you that you can make use of Exchange Unified Messaging Solution

You could also use 2 different DID : 1 for English SA and 1 for French SA.
But you will have to manage 2 DID for Subscriber Access...which is a pain.

The solution provided was to him he could access OWA to change the Voice language option.
That way, people using Lync and do the Call voice mail: will have they prompted in the proper languge.
Has for the SA....only 1 language can answer and it is by design.
