New Incident Request / Service Request notification email with target resolution time added RRS feed

    I have been trying to get a subscription to work that sends a mail upon creation of an Incident or Service Request with the target resolution time embedded. I started with incident and managed to get it to work for Incident creation and used Service Level Instance Time Information being changed to active. This works fine but I now have to add another subscription for Service Requests. I have tried multiple ways of trying to achieve this so that the subscriptions can decipher between the two request types.

    Can someone tell me the conditions that you use? 

    My prefixes are IR / SR if that helps and you want to go along the ID starts with route which I couldn't get to work (perhaps I had my conditions wrong).
