Voice Mail with IVR

Question
-
Hi,
I have configured lync with voice mail facility.
Can I configure an IVR to that voice mail where I can forward the calls to another number.
Currently I'm using LYNC 2010 with Exchange 2007 SP3.
Thanks

Hi,Irshard,
I am not sure I understand your question exactly,if you mean when the call goes to voice mail it will initial IVR which is set up for Voice Mail it's not support in Lync but you can have a look at Exchange Auto Attendant to see if it will achieve your goal.
You can check this old thread to see if you are talking the same thing.

If you are asking about "Call Answering Rules", this feature was introduced with Exchange 2010 UM- Proposed as answer by Sharon.ShenModerator Monday, July 9, 2012 4:24 AM
