What is the difference between RDS and Desktop versions of App-V 5? RRS feed

    I wasn't aware that there were 2 flavors of App-V until this morning.  Why would someone use the RDS version of App-V 5 instead of the desktop version?  Are they platform-specific?  Do both versions come with MDOP or is there a separate install for the RDS version? 

    Any info or links would be greatly appreciated.

    There is a completely seperate install for RDS than there is for Windows Desktops. The RDS version should be available from the Microsoft VLC Site, I believe. At least that's where I always got it from.
