In order to assist you with problem more smoothly, we need to get a confirmation from you.
What you were doing when this error message popped up?
I suggest to collect event log to see what happened when this error occurred.
I search online, this error usually appears in two occasion, one is trying to active Windows 10, another is executing a VBScript connecting to WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation).
These two links talk about this error code, please refer to them for some prompt.

A little more info would be helpful and would probably get your a faster and more accurate response.
What were you doing when you got this error? Do you get this at boot up? Performing a certain task? Opening an application? Trying to activate Windows?

The error code is not very helpful
