  • This issue happened after updating CU17. any idea suggest.

    Now we have updated CU18 as well( Current exchange version 2013 cu18 ). still same problem.

    In order to narrow down the issue, please help us confirm the following questions:

    1.Did the issue happen to specific user or all users had the issue?
    2.For this issue, is that appeared when you forward e-mail to internal user or external user?
    3.It looks like only recipient had Chinese character, is that right?

    For this, please try following troubleshooting steps:
    1.Use OWA test if there is the same issue
    2.Please check the “Encoding” of the e-mail, you can try to modify the format to “unicodeUTF-8” then test again.
