CAC: what does the user see when they are prevented from making a phone/video call

hi there,

I'm documenting lync implementation and I would like to know if somebody has the Lync Client installed on their PC and the site is using CAC....what is the exact message the user will see if the user attempts to make a phone call and the CAC prevents it? Also, can that message be configurable?

Hi,Clay28,

As I know if a call made by user is prevented by CAC,the call will be rerouted with the order of precedence as follows:

Internet
PSTN
Voice mail

So there will be no message showed to users since it will be rerouted to the callee or to the callee's voice mail per my knowledge.
