    Dear sir,

             I here by requesting you for the query is my Microsoft entourage mail app is not working properly i mean when i click on add/remove button its getting struck of the whole entourage application so please do the needful..i hope you do the needful.

    Hi Harish,

    By "Microsoft entourage mail app", do you mean Microsoft Entourage for Mac? 

    If this is your case, since Microsoft Entourage is not supported by Microsoft now, I'd recommend you migrate to Outlook to get better support and user experience.

    Then here we mainly focus on issues about Outlook, if your query is related to Outlook client, could you please provide the detailed version information and share the screenshot via OneDrive then we can help you better?
