Microsoft Print to PDF RRS feed

  • We recently encountered a problem when trying to print to pdf using Microsoft Print to PDF.

    The error is: The document could not be printed.

    I noticed this error in the Microsoft --> Windows --> PrintService --> Admin Log:

    The document Print Document, owned by 'username', failed to print on printer Microsoft Print to PDF. Try to print the document again, or restart the print spooler. 
    Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: 712936. Number of bytes printed: 712936. Total number of pages in the document: 32. Number of pages printed: 0. Client computer: \\COMPUTERNAME. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 87. The parameter is incorrect.

    I looked in the internet and it showed that it has to do with the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' driver.

    Is there a way to find out how did this happen? Was there a windows update that caused it?
