Updating Meta Data Issue

I have a user updating meta data on documents and when she clicks "ok" to save the updates and is presented with a error that states that the url is invalid. I am unable to replicate this issue. Has anyone ever experienced an error like this before?

The meta data is on a document in a document library. And the error is....

The URL 'gives url' is invalid. It may refer to a nonexistent file or folder, or refer to a file or folder that is not in the current Web.
