Answers

  • Please check if the mail can be send to exchange server from Mdaemon server via Telnet

Please enable the protocol logging on the default receive connector on the exchange HT server, reproduce the issue, and then check the log files

Please check if there’s any related event or log on the Mdaemon server when the issue reappears

  • Can you send SMTP mail to the Exchange 2007 server from some other source and is it received in an Exchange 2007 mailbox?
