Hi folks,
As background: I did an MCSA in 2006, but my server skills are pretty rusty as I've mostly been managing other technicians since this time.
I have inherited a Hyper-V server setup with DPM setup on another physical server. DPM backs up to a Buffalo TeraStation. For the most part I've got up to speed fairly quickly in the last few weeks on Hyper-V and Server generally, but I'm still struggling
with a few things.
I setup alerts (via email) in DPM, and have received three about a lack of disk space, albeit specific to certain VMs - unfortunately I'm not at work, so cannot get the detail at this exact moment.
My concern though is how I would check how much space is on this TeraStation, as I have no clue where to start looking. It's not as simple as an attached drive to the system, or at least as far as I can tell.
Can anyone help?
TIA
