why word 2010 filtered out some html source code? RRS feed

  • Hi team,
    Our customer are trying to use the word 2010 to edit the offline html page, but after we saved the page by word, found some of the important html tags are missing, Are there any filter options for word to prevent this? and why this happened??
    Please note it can always be reproduced on customer's PC....
    The missed HTML source code as below,

    How are they editing the file in Word? Are they editing the HTML source code or a file opened in Word as html? Can you give us more information please?

    Our customer just opened a file in word as HTML, they did not edit the source code. but after they saved the file, they found some of the source code are missing.
