    Hello, 

    I am having an issue connecting Project Server to Project Web App for a PM to be able to access all our project plans. The odd thing is that he had access before and then it randomly disconnected. I went into Project Server > Info > Manage Accounts > and added the correct PWA link but it still will not connect. No permissions or anything has been updated. Has this happened to anyone?

    Hi,

    Do you have any error messages when MS Project tries to connect to PWA? Doe it happen just for this user? Can he connect to PWA and access projects from the project center?

    You could try the following:

    - add the PWA url in the IE trusted sites

    - check again the permission for this user

    - try to remove the PWA account in MS Project and recreate it

    - try to repair MS Project
