Security center yellow icon RRS feed

  • Question

  • Security center yellow icon, moving cursor over it states "Actions Recommended" click on it and does not show any thing that relates to what it states. Everything in security center is green!

Just started doing this yesterday. And 100% it`s always green with a check mark. Any help would be appreciated

  • Now it`s back to green for no reason. Even had a windows update before, but still was yellow after update. No clue what corrected it now.

Some have said it was windows trying to get us to set up windows hello, which is not available on this PC. Other was setting up a pin log in, picture password, etc... but did not do any of these suggestions.

So unsolved still, but back to displaying a green check mark. And since there is no conclusive answer yet, this will remain unanswered until it gets clarified as to what, when, and where fixed the problem.

Thanks for all those trying to help

That Saturday I left the computer on all day, that`s when it turned back to green. I performed all the suggestions, and none of them solved the problem. So try leaving your computer on all day, and maybe it`s some background task that happened to get done and solve itself?
