Call Recording from Lync Server using asterisk RRS feed

  • We have succeded recording the call that are received in the Lync Server.

    Our problem is that it works only if you dial in the client the extension number to reach the other point, in a call extension to extension. But if you use the name of the destination extension, it doesn´t record any audio at all.

    We have sniffed the network, and confirmed that in the second case there's no sip/nor rtp traffic received in the asterisk.

    Seems we have missed som configuration setting, could you please give the directions ?

  • Seems that the record is related with the extension number.


    But I am not sure about that. You can consult the asterisk engineer.
