need help with windows kernel processor power RRS feed

  • i have a Samsung R580 laptop running windows 7 Pro x64, system came with windows 7 Home. Memory is 8Gb not the 4GB that it came with, tryed both ways still crashes/ reboots, 500gb HDD (already replaced), Graphics chip is a nVidia GeForce 310M with 512mb max memory.
