Azure Information Protection with IRM does not work with the second user account. RRS feed

  • In case of IRM activated on SharePoint online, I can download a PDF file from SharePoint but cannot open it by Azure Information Protection (AIP) viewer. My PC login account has to be different from Office365 account so that I guess IRM rejects me. Any solution to switch the user of AIP?
