    1. can I sequence on W7 enterprize and use the package on W7 PRO?

    2. can the package from 64 bit sequencer used on 32 bit client machine?

    1. Yes, the Windows edition does not matter.

    2. No, 64 bit applications cannot be used on 32 bit client machines.

    Addition:

    Q: Can I use packages from a 32-bit Sequencer on 64-bit clients?

    A: Sometimes, but this is strictly not recommended: Many integration points won't work on a x64 client if they have been sequenced on a x32 machine.
