Unknown Error on MBAM Self Service Portal during recovery key retrieval RRS feed

  • I get an "unknown error has occurred.  Please contact the Helpdesk or IT Department" error on the MBAM Self Service Portal when trying to retrieve a recovery key.

  • Look at the IIS logs to see whats happening.

    I suspect IIS is failing to talk to the database.
