Sharing Calendars & Tasks to implement workflow for Daily & Weekly tasks RRS feed

  • we have an mailbox support@abc.com

    we have 5 users who need to access the calendar of this mailbox

    user1 & user2 will be owners

    user3, user4 & user5 can view & edit.

    How do i share the calendar of this mailbox for all these users to view it on their outlook.

    Our basic idea is for

    1. User1 & User2 to assign daily, weekly & monthly tasks for user3, user4 & user5, for them to update these tasks. everytime the user updates an event, this must be reflected in this common calendar.

    Please advise if a common calendar is the best way forward?

    We are using Exchange 2007 with Oulook 2003, Outlook 2007 & Outlook 2010.

    If someone can advise a better way forward, I am very open to ideas.
