Need to Move Data (Messages) from outlook express to outlook 2010 RRS feed

  • hello 

    i have outlook express installed on windows xp and i want to move the data to outlook 2010.

    i understand that i need  windows live mail but i can't find the installtion for windows 7 on microsoft website.

    what can i do ?
