    What is the maximum number of categories you can have in Outlook?

    Once you have used up all the colours available, can you create any more categories?

    I don´t know if there´s a limit, but I doubt you´d ever hit it. I have clients with more than 500 categories.

    The colors are limited to 25, but you can have as many categories as you like with the same color.
