ReportingLoggingEnabled setting is false

Question
-
I am atempting to install the FIM r2 reporting. I installed the SC components and followed the other steps from Test Lab Guide: Demonstrating Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 Beta Reporting. The Reporting component of FIM installed fine and I don't see any errors in the logs.
However when I try to run Start-FIMReportingInitialSync it fails and I see an event in the log that indicates "ReportingLoggingEnabled setting is false".
Where is this setting?

OK I had missed a step - same thing that Keith did here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/ilm2/thread/9ce71fb2-2f75-4ad2-9097-f662f8785614
This step is not included in the document I was following.

OK I found it. I had to edit the System Configuration Settings object in the FIM Portal and tick "Reporting Logging Enabled".
I did not see this step in the doco - should it be there? Or does this indicate a problem with my installation?
