Mails moving from inbox to junk folder automatically

Hi,

After delivered to my mailing list all the mails were moving from inbox to junk folder automatically. When you see the inbox after 4 hours all the inbox mails will be moved in junk folder automatically

Is there anybody experiencing the same problem? If yes means kindly suggest me to handle this

Hi Hashim77,

If you accidentally have a Samsung mobile device that is using the default mail application, please have a look at the following article and see if it applies to your situation:

New email messages automatically move to the Junk folder in Microsoft Outlook
