Consider the following steps for troubleshooting:
- Make sure the following products and classifications have been selected in WSUS:
Product: Windows 10, version 1903 and later
Classification: Security updates - Perform Synchronizations in WSUS.
After verification, the January rollup for Windows 10 Version 1903 has been released in WSUS.
