  • It may help to look at the minidump files from the crashes with a debugger.

Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

  • The Stop 0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) indicates that a driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

Upload the DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can try to understand the reason of the system crash and suggest you a solution.

  • Hi,

Please upload *.dump file on SkyDrive and let us analyze for you.  Or you may check it yourself.

The log file will be %systemroot%\Minidump which is normally C:\windows\Minidump

How to read the small memory dump files that Windows creates for debugging

Here is a discussion about BCCode 9f can be referred to.

    Bluescreen Problem, BCCode: 9f

    Hope that helps.
