Skype For Business Enterprise ( Simultaneous Ring on not working) RRS feed

  • Im working on company. We are around 50 people. 

    All have Skype For Business Enterprise.

    On off the employers can not get Simultaneous ring on working to his mobile.

    When we change to other mobile nr, it works. 

    Call Forwarding works well.


    Is any one here have a ide of what it can be?

  • Hi kalle,

    Please help us confirm the following questions:

    1. Did you mean the issue only appear on the specific user in your environment?
    2. What kind of mobile phone did you use, IOS, Android or windows phone?

    If the issue only appeared on the specific user, please try to compare user attribute in AD between the affected user and other normal users.

    For the SFB mobile client, please make sure the client has the latest update, and you could try to log out then login and test again.

    Please also check the configuration of Simultaneous Ring of your SFB, this article is for your reference

    If all users and clients had this issue, please check if there are any error in SFB FE server.

  • This issue i have seen long back and i didn't get any solution for that.It is the problem with only self mobile and it is because of the number is updated in user properties.While do the sim ring it is resolving to same user itself.If you have not updated in user properties it will work well.May be trace logs give more information.

  • Hello!

    Thank you for your time!

    1. We have issue with a specific user in our enviroment.

    2. We are using Iphone 6s

    It's only problem with his specific Mobile nr.

  • Is this an On-Premises deployment? What's different in the two phone numbers? Number of digits, local or long distance?

    What happens if the user tries to make a call from Skype to the non-working mobile number?

    Collecting logs for both working and non-working scenario can give you a clear picture.

    Thanks for your confirmation.

    Based on your description, the issue appeared on the specific user, did you try to compare the user attributes between the affected user and other normal users? Please run the command: Get-CsUser

    Make sure the SFB client on your mobile device is the latest.
