  • Hi adilahmed

From your description, you have two issues:

    1. The number of daily unique visitors is wrong

    2. How to reduce the size of web analytics database log file

For Q1, you do need to enable Web Analytics Data Processing Service & Web Analytics Web Service in all WFE servers and restart the timer service in all servers. If the issue still exists, you can refer to this article:

    http://geekswithblogs.net/rgupta/archive/2011/02/16/site-web-analytics-not-updating-sharepoint-2010.aspx

To reduce the size of database log file, in the article below, you can get specific steps to find what takes most space in the WSS logging Database and how to purge the old data from it:

  • HI

i did  enabled the Web Analytics Data Processing Service & Web Analytics Web Service in all WFE servers and restart the timer service in all servers , but still i have same issue reports for The number of daily unique visitors  wrong.

Usage and Data Health Data Collection service is configured correctly.
Log Collection Schedule is configured correctly
Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation Usage Data Import and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing Timer jobs are configured to run at regular intervals

Web Analytics Trigger Workflows Timer Job also working properly

i checked in History of these jobs ., these jobs run last day at proper schedule time.

the last update time shown in report is last month

before these services  enabled in one application server
