cant connect to online eventhough network connection shows its connected RRS feed

    there was a problem with "fail to connect to a windows services", there was a x mark on the network connection, i search online and i found an aswere for it, but now it says it connected but when i open an internet explorer or firefox it says problem with connection. i reset the network adapter, disabled the most of the startups that might couse a problem. still having a problem. please help
