Store App Updates - how to be sure all users have all updates?

When you are an Administrator and you are managing a group of Windows 10 computers, how do you make sure that each user on each computer has the latest Store app updates? How do you know if the updates are working on every computer and for every user on each computer? There is no WSUS for Store apps, so that isn't an option. I can't see Apps in the installed programs list. If i run a PowerShell command to search for that app, it doesn't show up under my admin account if someone else installed it. Help! I don't want to just hope and trust that it is working as configured (even if i am enforcing automatic Store updates via Group Policy, i need visual confirmation that all the apps are up to date and running the latest versions).

The Store for Business enables several capabilities that are required for the enterprise to manage the lifecycle of applications from acquisition to updates.
