Address book not work even in online mode


  • A user report when create a new meeting and click the Rooms button. Below warning popup box will show after 1-2 minutes

    The operation could not be completed because an offline address book is not available. Download a copy of the offline address book.

    Then I found that all colleague including me has the same problem. Manual download the OAB has no error. The timestamp of the OAB files were updated. Indicate that the download was successful.

    The only thing work in cached mode is the Global Address List when click on the Address Book button in Home ribbon.

    After change to online mode. The only thing work mentioned above will show that warning popup box too.

    There is no problem for OWA.

    Anyone have the same experience before?
