Could you please elaborate a bit on "Unable to login..."? Do you actually mean that you don't see the textbox where you are supposed to enter your password neither you see your user name? Any error message when you are trying to login?
What version of Windows are you using? You might want to try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Restart the computer first and see if the issue persists. A simple power off and power on could clear lots of problems. (
Chances are you've already done this several times but if not, give it a try.)
2. Start Windows using Last Known Good Configuration:

3. Try to boot to
System Recovery Options, then use the DISM tool to remove the most recent updates, and see if you are able
to log in:
