Cannot send email to one particular domain(external email) in exchange 2010 RRS feed

    We cannot send email to one domain. How to fix it?

    To narrow down this issue, I want to confirm with you:

    1. Could you send emails to other domains successfully?

    2. Does other people could send emails to this particular domain?

    3. Which kind of send connector do you used? Could you provide the result of this command below to us? (Remember delete privacy information)

    Get-SendConnector

    4. Do you receive any NDR message?

    If you do not receiver any NDR, please open Queue Viewer and check whether this email is blocked in queue.

    You can also use command below to check mail flow for this email:

    Get-MessageTrackingLog -Sender user@yourdomain.com -Recipients user@externaldomain.com -MessageSubject "xxxxx"
