Queue timeout not working RRS feed

  • I have configured an incoming workflow that passes off a call to an operator queue.  The operator queue has 6 members and is set to ring serialized with a 10 second window per person.  I also configured the entire queue to have a 180 second timeout, after which the call is supposed to get transferred to the auto attendant.

    The issue Im experiencing is that the call never leaves the queue.  I tried setting the timeout for 10 seconds or 10 minutes with no effect.  Any suggestions to correct the issue would be appreciated.

     i think better to trace and see whats happing inside ...enable Lync Logging and use snoop for low call traffic time and let me know.
