General Windows 7 Compadability opposed to Windows Vista RRS feed

    Ok windows vista isn't compatible with a fair chunk of programs made to run with XP or earlier. My question is will Windows 7 Run these programs better than Vista? Or is it not known yet just how backwards compatible it's going to be?

Windows 7 is engineered to be compatible with Windows Vista products, you can be assured that thousands of popular products will work with Windows 7. To verify whether the application is compatible with Windows 7, you need to contact software manufacturer for information.
