Getting VMView working with UAG 2010sp1 RRS feed

  • Hi Amigo. I deployed VMView with UAG some time ago. What I can remember now is that PCoIP does not work as it cannot be be encapsulated by the UAG client components so in the VMView client preferences we had to choose RDP. Using a security server doesn't help because PCoIP doesn't get tunneled inside the HTTPS channel of Security Server (the PCoIP ports of the Secuirty Server have to be accessible in Internet). The advantage of using a Security Server (from the point of view of UAG) is that only one server and one IP is needed as all the traffic is sent to the security server in HTTPS and form the security server is forwarded to the connection servers and the desktops (RDP traffic travles inside the HTTPS channel to the Security Server)

    Hope it helps
