What I do is that I Bing/Google for Management Pack and download to local drive. If there is a Readme file I always read before import. Before import I backup both OpsMgr databases. After import of a Management Pack I always waits a few days before importing
next Management Pack. You might get lots of alerts you must resolve when importing Management Packs.

I suggest you first import the Windows Base OS Management Pack
